Matt had a bike move on Talk Like a Pirate Day. We moved his stuff (including a well-behaved kitty Herman, a mattress/boxspring, dresser, plug-in world map, table, desk, a sign taken from a military base, etc) and then we ate pizza, beer, and jumped on the trampoline.

I drank caffeine at an evening meeting and spent my bike ride home singing "I've got an xxxxttttracycle and two inch heels.... I've got an xxxtttttracycle and three inch heels...."
Today was one of those days where I was struck by how utterly insane my schedule is:
Wake up at 6:20
Ride 8 miles to Reed at 7:20
Spend 20 minutes on email/schoolwork before
starting work at Reed Library at 8:30
Ride to work at BTA at 11:00
Ride to City Hall for meeting at 2PM
Walk to PDC for Rose Quarter Stakeholder Advisory Committee Meeting at 5PM
Go back to work at the BTA at 7:20
Ride home from BTA at 8PM
...And now, here I am at home, and I still have at minimum 5 hours of schoolwork to do. I'm incredibly glad that this will be over late next week and I can go to a slightly less insane only semi-over-committed schedule.
